TERMS OF SERVICEWhen you commission me, you agree to these terms of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

General Terms
- The commissioner should provide all relevant materials and requirements when submitting your commission request. (i.e. references for artworks/L2D art) (for L2D rigging not having the finished PSD on hand immediately is fine, as long as work is underway.
-The Commissioner and I will first settle on an accurate explanation and interpretation of the expected finished product before starting the commission.

Payment
- The payment currency is in US Dollars.
- Payment through Paypal only
- Commissioned artworks- full payment is required before the final artwork is delivered to the commissioner.
- Commissioned Vtuber Models, should have 50% of the agreed upon price paid upfront, and the remaining balance should be paid upon delivery of the completed model(s). Any extra charges added after the original agreement (i.e. extra toggles added on post original agreement) will be added to the final total.
- For Model art & Rig commissions, The payment split instead will be Model art payment upfront, & Rigging payment will be required before delivery of final product
- These are all digital goods, no physical goods will be provided.

.Cancellations / Refund policy
- The Commissioner may cancel their order before any payment has been made.
- The artist has the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at anytime.
- The art is non-refundable. Once the art is in the commissioners hands refunds, will not be provided under any circumstances.

.Revisions*
- The commissioner is entitled to 3 revisions during the whole ART commission process. Major revisions after the sketching process will add extra time, and possible extra fee's depending on how extensive they are, so please make sure the sketch is exactly how you'd like it- Changing the subject of the commission will not be permitted after completing the payment.
- There will be no revisions allowed once the commission is considered complete.
- Add a sentence talking about Cinnamoroll in your commission request email so I know you read the TOS and for 5% off
- Extra revision(s) will incur fees proportional to the additional workload.*this section does not apply to L2D commissions

Ownership
The artist retains the right to own the copyright of the completed artwork unless the commissioner requests a commercial use of artwork (additional fee will be applied).

- Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work..
Artist may use the commissioned artworks in areas such as...
- Streaming
- Self Promotion
- The artists Portfolio
- Streaming
- ETCThe Commissioner will be allowed to..
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed upon otherwise
- Use for streaming
- Use the artwork to promote themselves, with proper credit given to the artist (i.e. Credit in bio for models/emotes)The Following is considered Copyright Infringement:
- Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially
- Taking Credit for the artwork
- Altering the artwork without the artists consent
- ANY AI use of my workCopyright infringement in any way will result in revoking all rights from the commissioner! Rights of the artwork will be revoked if any of the artwork produced in the process by the artist are fed into any AI Art generator.
